Rehab Chiropractic
What is "Rehab Chiropractic"?

This is a term used for Chiropractic care that has a focus on "rehab" which can be considered recovering from an acute injury and/or gradually introducing and scaling movement for the long term benefit of the patient. Research consistently shows that chiropractic care + exercise will yield the best possible outcome for pain relief and long term health. While adjustments and passive therapy are a part of our treatment plan, our main goal is to get you back to the activities you love by introducing safe and efficient movement.
Our Process
At our clinic we utilize a blend of techniques to alleviate your pain and get you MOVING better.
An initial visit consists of a thorough evaluation where we will gather all of the necessary details regarding your condition and assess how well you are moving.
A complete orthopedic and neurological exam will be performed as well as a movement screen to assess your condition and find a starting point for your care.

Physical Rehabilitation
The main goal of any treatment plan is to get you back to doing the things you love. It has been proven that the most effective way to make this happen is through placing demand on your body through exercise. The body is strong and will adapt over time. Exercises will be specific to your condition and can be progressed or regressed in order to move towards your goals.
